Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Thai basil leaves (about 2 cups, packed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the Thai basil leaves, garlic, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds in your food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil, blending until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to the mixture, pulsing again until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt.
  4. Serve immediately over pasta or grilled vegetables, or store in a sealed jar with a layer of oil on top for freshness.
