- 1 bunch Thai basil leaves (about 2 cups, packed)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the Thai basil leaves, garlic, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds in your food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil, blending until smooth and creamy.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to the mixture, pulsing again until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt.
- Serve immediately over pasta or grilled vegetables, or store in a sealed jar with a layer of oil on top for freshness.
Notes
Store with an oil layer on top to maintain freshness for up to one week in the fridge.
