- 1/4 cup Apple Molasses
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Coffee Syrup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1-2 shots Espresso
Instructions
- To make your apple molasses, chop fresh apples into small pieces and combine them with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until syrupy.
- Brew 1 to 2 shots of strong espresso.
- Combine the apple molasses with the brewed espresso in a cup, stir well, then foam or steam your milk until creamy and pour it into the cup over the espresso.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute regular milk with almond or oat milk. Enhance flavor with a pinch of nutmeg or ginger in apple molasses.
