- 3/4 teaspoon Mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
- Apply about 1 to 1½ tablespoons of the seasoning rub per pound of protein, coating all sides thoroughly. Let the seasoned meat rest for at least an hour before grilling for maximum flavor.
