- 3-4 pounds top round roast
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, and dried thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the top round roast.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C).
- Remove the roast from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Let the roast rest before slicing to retain moisture. Experiment with different herbs for unique flavors.
