Instructions

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Place sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Check for doneness around the 15-minute mark. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute lemon juice for olive oil. Experiment with spices like garlic powder or curry powder for added flavor.
