- 1 lb diced stew meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, peas)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced stew meat with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned stew meat in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Add the beef broth and mixed vegetables to the air fryer basket with the meat.
- Continue to cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Serve hot and enjoy your easy weeknight dinner!
Notes
Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even results. Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
