Description

A refreshing Mexican cucumber lime drink made in just 5 minutes. Naturally low in calories and sugar-free, perfect for hydration and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale

5 cups cold water, divided

3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped

½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

4 tablespoons sucralose sweetener, divided


Instructions

Step 1: Blend 2 cups of water, chopped cucumbers, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of sweetener until smooth.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a pitcher, add the remaining 3 cups of water, and stir well.

Step 3: Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of sweetener to taste and serve over ice.

Notes

Store in the fridge up to 24 hours. Stir before serving. Add mint or strawberry for variations.
